We would like to inform you that, at MEDITERRANEA DE SERVICIOS 2018, S.L, <\/strong>we have implemented an Integrated Management System based on the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015<\/strong> standards ,<\/strong> so we would like to convey our Quality<\/strong> and Environmental<\/strong> Policy<\/strong> for you to bear in mind when providing us with your services.<\/p>\n

In addition, in order to comply with Point 8.4<\/strong> of the aforementioned standard, we inform you that the method followed by MEDITERRANEA DE SERVICIOS 2018, S.L. <\/strong>for the control and monitoring of the performance<\/strong> of its work is as follows:<\/p>\n

  • The supplier<\/strong> who offers us new products\/services will be evaluated by the Management based on criteria such as service conditions, economic conditions and technical\/quality\/finished characteristics. For the positive evaluation of these aspects, a follow-up will be made through the first purchase orders with a positive result in their service before giving them the go-ahead and awarding them the positive rating. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Performance follow-up will be carried out through the registration of Nonconformities<\/strong> or Incidents. <\/strong>A Nonconformity is considered every time an order is rejected for not complying with the established inspection criteria, that is:\n

          \n
        • High prices.<\/li>\n
        • Disappearance of the company.<\/li>\n
        • Repeated failure to meet deadlines.<\/li>\n
        • Systematic non-compliance with any of the requirements indicated in the order.<\/li>\n
        • Non-compliance with the Quality and Environmental requirements of the company or product.<\/li>\n
        • Accumulation and\/or importance of incidents, as well as response capacity.<\/li>\n
        • Emergence of more competitive alternative suppliers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
