Shade for your car and car park
On the Costa Blanca a car left in the sun gets very hot inside. A shade sail or an awning over the parking space keeps it cool, without building a garage. We make them for homes, communities of owners and businesses. We can handle it all in English.
How we shade a parking space
Shade sails
The simplest option: shade sails stretched over the space and anchored to masts, a wall or the house. Polyester fabric filters up to 97% of solar radiation, and it can be made waterproof with a PVC coating.
Awning on its own frame
Where there is nothing to anchor to, a pergola awning on posts covers the space. We fitted one as a carport in Gran Alacant.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Can you shade a community car park?
Yes. We measure the spaces and propose sails or structures for the whole area. The community of owners has to approve it.
Does a shade sail keep the rain off the car?
No, a standard sail lets water through. With a PVC coating the fabric becomes waterproof, so it keeps the rain off the car as well as the sun.
How much does car park shade cost?
It depends on the number of spaces, the size of the area, whether you choose sails or a pergola awning, and the fabric (standard or PVC-coated). We come to measure, whether it is a home, a community or a business, and send you a written quote with a fixed price. Accepting it is up to you.
