We have our own showroom in Altea, at Partida Cap-Blanch, 158, on the N-332 between Altea and L'Alfàs del Pi. From there we take orders for made-to-measure awnings, pergolas and terrace enclosures across the whole municipality, which we make in Elche and install with our own team, from the old town to the hillside developments.

From the old town to Altea Hills and the Sierra de Altea
Altea has two faces. Up top, the old town of white houses and cobbled streets climbing to the church with the blue domes. Around it, hillside developments such as Altea Hills or the Sierra de Altea, with villas whose terraces look out over the sea, and a marina exposed to the wind.
Houses in the old town
Whitewashed façades, small balconies and a townscape people look after. As we make to measure, we choose colours, fabrics and structures that suit the rules and the look of the area. Before installing, check what Altea town hall allows in the historic centre.
Hillside villas and apartments
In Altea Hills and the Sierra de Altea, the views and the wind both count. Glass curtains enclose the terrace without hiding the sea, and a bioclimatic pergola gives you a roof that doesn't need retracting when the wind blows. On terraces under a glass or polycarbonate roof, a veranda awning filters the sun from inside.
Terrace enclosures in Altea for the winter months
Glass enclosures for terraces exposed to the wind are one of the things we install most in Altea: you use the terrace all year round without losing the view. If the terrace already has a roof, glazing the front is enough. If it doesn't, we combine the glass with a pergola or a polycarbonate roof.
In a community of owners, any change to the façade has to be agreed by the owners' meeting (Spain's Horizontal Property Act).

Can I put an awning on a house in Altea old town?
Yes. As we make to measure, we choose colours, fabrics and structures that suit the rules and the look of the area, the historic centre included. Check with Altea town hall first.
Do you enclose terraces in Altea Hills?
Yes, with folding glass curtains, or by combining a pergola and glass if the terrace has no roof. On developments with a community of owners you need the agreement of the owners' meeting.
What can I put under a polycarbonate roof so it isn't so hot?
A veranda awning, fitted underneath the transparent roof, which filters the sun without taking away the light. In summer you open it and in winter you close it to make the most of the sun coming through the roof.
I spend the winter in Altea. Can I use the terrace in December?
Yes, that is exactly what a terrace enclosure is for. If the terrace has a roof, we glaze the front with glass curtains that fold away in summer. If it doesn't, we add a pergola or a polycarbonate roof first.
